This unit is a great buy in an excellent location. The gourmet kitchen, with vaulted ceilings, has a large granite counter and stainless appliances. Both bedrooms are incredibly spacious and each has a large closet. There is a deck deeded with the unit for outdoor grilling and relaxing.
This unit is surrounded by stores and parks to walk to: across the street from Starbucks and Trader Joe's, a short walk to Panera and other restaurants, a nice stroll to the reservoir for swimming, you can hop on the Minuteman Bike Trail or take the bus to Harvard Square. Several day cares and nursery schools are within walking distance and this address is in the Dallin school district. Arlington Heights is fantastic for those who like the convenience of city life and walking to stores, but are looking for more of a residential community. Location is key and this is in a prime spot.

Two Bedrooms

One of the best features of this condo are the large bedrooms. Each can easily fit in large beds and extra furniture. The first photo shows a queen size bed an armoire, a chest of drawers and hidden from view is an additional armoire (identical to the one pictured). Also hidden is the walk-in closet (to the right in the picture). The second photo shows the double doors which house a closet with hook-ups for an en suite washer and drier.
The second bedroom is also nice and large with a big closet for lots of storage. In addition to the furniture pictured we also had an entire Playschool slide and play structure in that room during the winter months. This room could easily fit two children and all their toys!
Here is a shot of the room without furniture. Nice and bright:
These two bedrooms are great spaces. The newer windows brighten the rooms and bring in sunlight all day. All the windows in this condo are vinyl, slide nicely up and down and open so that the outsides can be cleaned. They also all have child locks for safety.
Kitchen

2006 remodel. All new, brand name, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinets. The remodel of this area was done exceptionally well and feels like a gourmet kitchen: tons of counter space, space for four or more stools, plenty of storage. The vaulted ceiling with recessed lighting adds to the open space.
Living Room

The kitchen opens up to the living room and provides a great living space. Big windows brighten the room all day long.
Patio

The back patio is also new from 2006. A great outdoor space perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. This space is deeded with the condo.
One Bathroom

The bathroom was remodeled in 2006 with a new pedastal sink, new toliet and new tiling. The curved shower curtain makes the tub feel huge. Bright, white and very clean. Built-in shelving for towels, behind the mirror storage and glass shelving for additional storage.
Basement

Deeded basement storage comes with this unit. Plenty of room for storage and workspace, including workbench. Additional storage in the attic, exclusive to this unit.
Location
Above you can see where the condo is located (marked by the green arrow). Across the street you can see there is the Arlington Reservoir which has a one mile walking trail all the way around it and a town beach for swimming in the summer. There are two playgrounds accessible on the path which are easy to walk to. Between the condo location and the reservoir is a baseball/soccer field and the Minuteman Bike Path. To the left of the reservoir, if you were to walk down the bike path, you would get to the Arlington Great Meadows, a protected reserve with walking trails.
I also wanted to put up some information and links about Arlington and some of the nearby amenities for a sense of the town and community.
Arlington Town Website Arlington is six miles northwest of Boston and bordered on the north by Winchester, on the east by Medford and Somerville, on the south by Cambridge and Belmont and on the west by Lexington. It is 5.5 square miles and roughly 45,000 people live here.
Dallin Elementary School The Dallin School was rebuilt in 2006 and is in the top 10% of elementary schools in Massachusetts. This is an excellent school for children grades K-5.
Robbins Library The town library is about two miles away from this property. You can easily park in the parking lot or you can take the 77, 78 or 79 bus to get there. The library hosts many great community and children's programs. Check out the link to learn more.
Trader Joe's Located right across the street, this grocery store is an excellent resource for inexpensive indulgences. Everything from milk and butter to gourmet cheeses and organic meats.
Dining Lots to choose from! Start with bagels for breakfast at Panera or a coffe from Starbucks . Then there's I-Chef for pizza and subs, the Jade Garden for chinese food and Sala Thai for authentic Thai cuisine. Also delcious is Something Savory and the Sunnyside Diner. For dessert try ice cream at Brighams or go to the Lakota Bakery, a cookie store famous for their selection of delicious treats!
